I am one of those people who often will choose a product by the packaging or label design. One thing I notice when I am standing in front of a shelf of options, is that sometimes all the designs begin to blend together and lose their impact. When that happens, the item with the most simplified design is the one that stands out the most. In the case of Hova Chocolates, I explored how minimalism and the use of white space, combined with a simple but dynamic color palette and interesting typography can be the most eye catching product on the shelf.
