Finish people are very connected to nature and during the long summers they spend as much time as possible outdoors. Spending time in nature is considered part of a healthy lifestyle in Finland. In this staggeringly beautiful country, time in nature is considered part of a healthy lifestyle. While branding Finland, I wanted to emphasize this important relationship between nature and the calming effect it has on people. Even in the dead of winter when it is dark 24 hours a day you can see the northern lights glow with beauty above the misty, snowy hills.

For this brand, I explored imagery that highlights Finland's rolling hills, mystical foggy climate and their thousands of lakes. The blue color palette evokes calmness. The texture used throughout the visual theme references the unpolished imperfection of rural life that is so authentic.
